Testimonials

Seller
Evan is personable, honest, hardworking and intelligent. We couldn’t have found a better realtor to list, market and sell our high end property. He stays focused on the goal and did a great job of steering us away from the weeds and small stuff. I think what we appreciated most was that he kept our information confidential and qualified all buyers who called before divulging information. In a small town that means a lot. He works well with high end buyers and sellers and finds creative solutions to any potential problem. We would highly recommend Evan to anyone with real estate needs.

Evan, We wanted to thank you very much for the excellent job you did working to get our ranch sold in Keating! You did an excellent job in your professional marketing approach with great pictures and videos that showed off the amazing property and home we wanted to sell. This promotion led to a quick and successful sale when it had been listed for four years prior under another realtor and firm without this success. We also liked the fact that your agency was listed on the MLS service for a broader scope of people looking. You were very responsive in answering calls from us and people interested in our property as they had reported to us. We appreciated your excellent ranch knowledge base as well to be able to talk to customers in a peer to peer conversation. We would recommend you highly to anyone looking for an excellent ranch realtor to sell their place! With Kindest Regards! Thanks and all the best.

My wife and I want you to know that working with Evan was a breath of fresh air. He actually listened and truly acknowledged our input. He was always very prompt and pleasant in dealing with our requests and very focused on all the timely requirements involved in property sales. I’m certain that you do not regret bring Evan into your group and I am confident he will continue to be a valuable member of your team. Thanks for making the change in your broker for NE Oregon…….it was a big benefit to the Rouse’s and our efforts to find the right buyer for our special property. Focusing on the unique features allowed us to sell the property for $200,000 more than it was listed for the year prior. Thanks and all the best.
