Alex Larson

Alex, a Principal Broker and former brokerage owner, has a wealth of experience. He has had the privilege of calling the Rogue Valley his home since 2002, and growing up in the area has given him an immense understanding of the areas attractions and all that it has to offer.  In his real estate career he has represented buyers and sellers in a wide array of property types including income properties, commercial buildings, forest tracts, rural residences and more. His love of the outdoor lifestyle is a catalyst for working in rural real estate; Alex's passions get put to work when venturing onto a ranch, raw land, riverfront property, or piece of irrigated ground. The real estate industry drew him in as a career path as it is naturally familiar to him, having been around real estate in one way or another for the better part of his life by partaking in the management and maintenance of his family's rental real estate portfolio and also observing his mother's career as a principal broker herself.  His experience in construction trades provides him with additional lenses and an insight that is valuable to his clientele; as well as long-standing relationships with local contractors to assist in the buying and selling process. 

Outside of the office you will find Alex either enjoying different family activities such as camping, soccer, basketball, fishing, etc, or taking on a home improvement project inside or out, preferably something that involves machinery... any excuse to get outside.  He and his wife Amy, a Southern Oregon native, have recently celebrated 10 years of marriage and are raising two young boys who keep them on their toes; it is their joy to share a passion for the outdoors with their children and most camping destinations include Southern Oregon's beaches, lakes, and rivers.
