The LandLeader Corporation and its member Brokerages and their agents or staff members make no representation or warranties as to the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information, text, property boundaries, graphics links, or other items contained in any website, print, advertisement or otherwise linked to or from this website.

All real estate advertised herein is subject to the Federal Housing Act, which makes it illegal to advertise “any preference, limitation, or discrimination because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin, or intention to make any such preference, limitation, or discrimination.

All property descriptions including without limitation estimates of total acreage are based on information provided to The LandLeader Corporation by the Brokerage. The LandLeader Corporation has not independently investigated the property information or descriptions provided by the Brokerage and makes no warranty or representations about the accuracy or reliability of such descriptions. Trademark

The LandLeader Corporation is the exclusive owner of the LandLeader® and The LandLeader® registered trademarks. The LandLeader® trademark is a registered mark that may be used by real estate professionals who are exclusive members of the LandLeader Corporation and thus have obtained a license for its use. The LandLeader Corporation will enforce any misuse of its trademarks. Members may use the LandLeader® trademarks provided they follow The LandLeader Corporation logo and trademark guidelines.

Copyright Disclaimer

LandLeader Corporation respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects you to do the same. Per the DMCA, The LandLeader Corporation will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement on the Site if submitted to The LandLeader Corporation Copyright Agent as described below. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated by The LandLeader Corporation or by a member, user, or third party who has uploaded Content on our Site, please provide the following information to the LandLeader-designated copyright agent listed below:

LandLeader Corporation may provide the alleged infringing party with your e-mail address so that that person can respond to your allegations. LandLeader has registered a designated agent with the Copyright Office pursuant to 17 U.S.C. 512(c). User License Grant to LandLeader Corporation. 

You grant LandLeader Corporation, its affiliates, and related entities a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, copy, modify, display, store, publish, transmit, perform, distribute, reproduce any Submissions you provide to LandLeader Corporation, in any form, media, software or technology of any kind now existing or developed in the future. Without limiting the generality of the previous sentence, you authorize LandLeader Corporation to include the Submissions you provide in a searchable format that may be accessed by users of the Sites. You also grant LandLeader Corporation and its related entities the right to use any of your Personally Identifiable Information (as that term is defined in the applicable Land Leader® Site Privacy Policy), included with any Submission in connection with the use, reproduction, or distribution of such Submission. You also grant to LandLeader Corporation the right to use the Submission and any facts, ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in any Submission or communication you send to LandLeader Corporation for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to, developing, promoting, and/or marketing products and services. You grant all rights described in this paragraph in consideration of your use of the Sites, without compensation of any sort to you. Your Representations and Warranties  

Each time you provide a Submission to the Site(s), you represent and warrant that you have the right to provide such Submission, which means:

1. You are the author of the Submission, or
2. The Submission is not protected by copyright law, or
3. You have express permission from the copyright owner to use the Submission in connection with the Sites, and you have the right to grant LandLeader Corporation the license set forth below, and your use of the Site(s) and Submission(s) do not violate the Land Leader® Terms of Use applicable to the Site(s) to which you post the Submission.
