A brief history: My wife and I tried to sell our property for 3 years on our own with no success. In viewing a potential property, we wanted to purchase we met Brent Hedrick, After visiting with Brent, I told my wife we needed to get him on our side and decided to list our property with him because he seemed to be like-minded and had more properties listed similar to our property. Within one week of our listing, we had a serious buyer and closed on our property 4 months later. Our property was a 5th generation ranch and in working through the process of the legal matters in the sale we encountered several hurdles in our property that had to be fixed before our property could be sold. I could tell right from the beginning that Brent was experienced and a professional in the business and he seemed to be on the same wavelength as us. I highly recommend Brent Hedrick for brokering any real estate transactions you might need. In 2017, Brent helped us buy a parcel in Teller County, and in fall 2021, he helped again in selling the property when circumstances had changed for us. Brent is an ultimate professional and was a delight to work with. His expertise, stellar customer service, professional approach in developing a great description and listing price of the parcel, and full engagement in the process resulted in our selling the property four days after listing. We had our first offer within 12 hours, and a bidding war over the next three days resulted in a signed contract and a final cash offer that was significantly higher than listing price.
