I am one of only a handful of "Accredited Land Consultants" (ALC) practicing in Eastern Washington. As a 4th generation farmer in SE Washington, and a pioneer family. My great grandparents came west in a covered wagon along the Oregon Trail and settled here in Pasco in 1884 before Washington was even a state. I have the knowledge and experience to help clients identify their property, understand their needs and goals, counsel them through the process and the ability to accurately assess the properties. My passion is people and helping them realize their dreams. Whether it is dealing with kids and their 4-H & FFA projects, youth through mentorships, serving the real estate industry as a legislative 'key contact' or meeting the needs and goals of buyers and sellers in their real estate dealings -- the objective is finding out the needs and wants of clients and customers and helping them to realize their goals and dreams.

Additionally, I am the responsible care facilitator for my 97 year old mother who still lives alone and is blind! The family is spread around the US with some in the military. She is 2nd of 12 children with only 2 boys in the family. Sooo... she became the number one son! That spawned her passion for farming and the farm way of life.
HOBBIES: Flo is an avid collector of cast iron implement seats (often referred to as 'tractor seats'). Her collection is over 700 different seats from around the world. She is a member of the Cast Iron Seat Collectors Assn and served for 10 years on their BOD. She also quilts and has completed over 75 quilts since 2015. her passion for quilts is sharing them with others. She donates a full quilt every year to the RLI "Cowboy Auction" which benefits the Land Education Foundation. Nearly all her quilts are either given away as gifts or donated for fund raisers. In addition to these passions, she travels around the US in her motorhome, visiting with her friends and family and other hobbyists she has met along the way. She is also an accomplished wood turner, making items from all kinds of wood. Her favorite wood is 'FOG' wood (found on the ground)! If you are fortunate enough to visit her you will likely go home with something she has made! She loves to fish and will pack a box of lunch and buy some fuel for anyone who offers her a chance to go fishing! Favorite fish?... walleye or Alaskan salmon and halibut.
