Jena is married to a 3rd generation Farmer. Her husband purchased his own farm in Larimer County in 2001 and they currently raise beef, and they grow alfalfa, hay, oats, triticale, corn, and pumpkins. They run a fall festival that includes a pumpkin patch and a corn maze every year. Jena knows what sacrifice, hard work, grit and determination mean firsthand. She uses her farming background and finds it very useful in her real estate career as well. Jena is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Colorado and is the Founder and Owner of J. CO Real Estate.
Jena has a very well-versed real estate career as she started out in Property Management and re-sale of residential properties and then moved into Commercial real estate that then led her into Development as she continued in residential resale and new construction. She then found herself not working on one, but two and now her third development that has now lead to her working on her fourth development. She is become a Owner of a custom home company and is currently building in Weld County. She has also enjoyed learning the art of water (buying and selling water as it is a huge component in Colorado). She continues to strive to learn and dive into new adventures as they come, and she welcomes them.
Jena understands what it takes to be successful in Real Estate as she knows it is all about building relationships. She works hard to go the extra mile for her buyers and sellers and won’t take no as an answer unless all possibilities are exhausted.
Jena is very well known in the community and is a proud mother of three adult children and now she and her husband are enjoying being grandparents. Jena is someone you can trust to work hard and get the job done. She goes the extra mile and enjoys helping many families, farmers, and ranchers achieve their real estate goals.
