Joe Capuana

Great Lakes and Land would like to formally welcome Joe Capuana and his thirty-plus years of experience. Joe grew up on Lake Independence, just outside of Big Bay, Michigan. After graduating from Marquette High School in 1987, Joe went on to pursue his Real Estate License while attending classes at Northern Michigan University. 

Joe is a dedicated father to two daughters, Sophia and Amelia, who he loves supporting in their academic and sporting activities and interests. Maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle is a priority to Joe and his knowledge of the recreational outdoors lends to both potential local and out-of-town buyers and sellers from an immense wealth of personal experience. He enjoys home improvement projects and spending time in and on the Upper Peninsula's lakes and streams with certifications in advanced open water, ice, and rescue diving. 

For the past 30 years, Joe has worked as a Real Estate professional with 10+ years as a Broker and over 20 years of experience in Property Management. His comprehensive knowledge as a buyer and seller agent, specializes in residential and commercial with extensive experience in recreational and vacant land real estate. His contributions as an appointed member to the Marquette City Zoning Board of Appeals covered two terms. Whether cheering on his daughters, assisting clients, or soaking up the great outdoors, Joe embraces life in Michigan's Upper Peninsula to the fullest.
