Astonishing

I met Manny Trujillo when we reached out to him for representation in the sale of our home. He not only responded immediately, he came by the house, discussed with us what we thought our home was worth and gave us detailed instructions on what needed to be done prior to sale. He stayed in contact with us throughout the prep time. He placed it for sale on a Friday after photos were taken and online over the weekend. By Monday we had a showing for later that week. The proposed buyers came by twice and by the following Monday we had an offer. Astonishing to us. He was by our side throughout the entire process and stayed in touch through it all. Went The Extra Mile

Manny worked relentlessly to help me subdivide 160 acres in Elbert Colorado. He was instrumental in arranging for additional electrical access for the 4 subdivided plots. This helped increase the value of the property. Manny made himself available to show the property when necessary, even though it was several miles from where he lived. Manny took several extra steps to sell all 4 plots. He went the extra mile to go out and physically relocate the fence after the survey showed a discrepancy. I would like to mention I am a senior, 83 years old, and could not have asked for a better representative. He kept me well informed. I consider him not only an excellent broker but a good friend. Please feel lucky to have Manuel Trujillo as a representative in your next real estate transaction.

Gets It Done

We had a very unusual property that we enlisted with several realtors without any success. Then we met Manny. He was able to bring us multiple offers in a quick time frame and get it sold for full price. Thorough & Professional

Manny Trujillo was very thorough and professional. He did a lot more than we have ever expected from a realtor. I really appreciated how he was on top of things and how he kept me informed every step of the way. But my favorite part is when he took us out on his motorcycles to show us a large parcel of property. With that kind of care, we ended up buying.

Manny was great at helping us purchase our new home. He was easily available to show us the ranch and answered all of our questions quickly and accurately, and if he didn’t have an answer he found it and relayed it to us in a timely manner. Manuel " Manny " Trujillo - Great Western Ranch and Land team are the BEST in my book. I decided to sell the property in Colorado after my wife passed away, the dream was no longer there for me. I contacted my loan officer asking if they knew of someone Honest and trust worthy and was sent Manny's phone number. What I received was so much more than expected or hoped for. Manny kept me up to date on property, paper work was sent was sent with plenty of time to fill it out and email back, and calls were either answered or returned in timely manner. I first spoke to Manny on 8/4/23 and the property was sold before the end of December 2023. That to me is extraordinary work. I would recommend if selling or buying land in his area call Manny, I do not believe you will be appointed. Thanks again to Manny and team.
