Manuel Trujillo

Manuel "Manny" Trujillo, is a licensed broker in both CO and NM. He started his real estate career in Angel Fire, NM back in 2002, where he learned to be a specialist in land, recreation, and luxury mountain property.  He was born in Southern CA, and raised in Taos, NM.  He is a graduate of Taos HS, and the University of Utah with a degree in Economics.  Over his RE career, he has co-owned two real estate companies, owned a construction and design company, and has traveled abroad for international RE business.  He is bilingual, and comes with a full plate of experience of not only helping many of his clients with their properties, but also developing rural property.  He has procured and overseen hundreds of land and home deals in both states and has consistently performed as one of the top producers in the Southwestern US.

Manuel has a great reputation with his clients and is known for a non-pressured consultative approach to selling, his friendliness, work ethic, honesty, and integrity. He works tirelessly for his clients to provide the very best in service, and always puts his client's needs first.

Manuel's number one passion is his family. Number two is being outdoors and making deals happen through listing and showing real estate.  He is an enthusiast of dirt bike riding, camping, fishing, hunting, and teaching and coaching youth.

I met Manny Trujillo when we reached out to him for representation in the sale of our home. He not only responded immediately, he came by the house, discussed with us what we thought our home was worth and gave us detailed instructions on what needed to be done prior to sale. He stayed in contact with us throughout the prep time. He placed it for sale on a Friday after photos were taken and online over the weekend. By Monday we had a showing for later that week. Went The Extra Mile
Manny worked relentlessly to help me subdivide 160 acres in Elbert Colorado. He was instrumental in arranging for additional electrical access for the 4 subdivided plots. This helped increase the value of the property. Manny made himself available to show the property when necessary, even though it was several miles from where he lived. Manny took several extra steps to sell all 4 plots. He went the extra mile to go out and physically relocate the fence after the survey showed a discrepancy. I would like to mention I am a senior, 83 years old, and could not have asked for a better representative. He kept me well informed. I consider him not only an excellent broker but a good friend. Manuel " Manny " Trujillo - Great Western Ranch and Land team are the BEST in my book. I decided to sell the property in Colorado after my wife passed away, the dream was no longer there for me. I contacted my loan officer asking if they knew of someone Honest and trust worthy and was sent Manny's phone number. What I received was so much more than expected or hoped for. Manny kept me up to date on property, paper work was sent was sent with plenty of time to fill it out and email back, and calls were either answered or returned in timely manner. I first spoke to Manny on 8/4/23 and the property was sold before the end of December 2023. That to me is extraordinary work.
