Marilyn, who has been licensed in Oregon since 2001, has over 20 years of real estate experience in both Oregon and California as a broker. Over this time she has represented buyers and sellers from all walks of life. Primarily working with residential properties including everything from in-town homes, starter homes, gorgeous custom homes, small to medium size ranches, multi-family and raw land, Marilyn also has experience with the complicated aspects of property development. Oregon has been home to Marilyn since the mid-1980s, where for several years, she resided on a 5-acre mini farm in the Rogue Valley. There, while raising her son, she kept their focus on learning to appreciate and enthusiastically enjoy the country lifestyle that included responsibilities for a host of various farm animals.
