Mike has been with Preferred Properties since its early years of business, earning his real estate license in 2010, and joining the team in 2011 initially as listing coordinator. Mike quickly excelled in all things real estate and developed expertise in land and country properties and their many associated aspects including wastewater, zoning, and development regulations in both Vermont and New Hampshire. Licensed in both states, Mike has become a trusted resource with vast industry knowledge both within the office and with his clients, earning himself the title of Director of Listing Services as well as New Hampshire Territory Sales Lead.
Mike is especially well-versed in market research, property marketing, mapping, field work, photography, and drone piloting, and has listed and co-listed hundreds of properties specializing in land, estates, farms, recreational, and waterfront listings. His experience and depth of knowledge coupled with his gregarious and genuine personality make working with Mike not only efficient but enjoyable.
Raised in Northfield and a lifelong Vermonter, Mike graduated from the University of Vermont with a degree in History and Economics. He was a Vermont hockey all-star in high school, and continues to be an avid sports fan and participant, playing hockey with local men's leagues and officiating at the college level, golfing at Burlington Country Club, and mountain biking. He enjoys time spent reading and with his beautiful girlfriend and her two young boys.
