Proud to call herself a Northern Colorado native, Michelle was born and raised in Fort Collins. As a child, she would frequent the custom homes built by her father's thriving home building business throughout Larimer County and surrounding areas. She enjoyed learning all that was involved and would help greet potential buyers and hand out brochures at open houses which ignited her passion for real estate, home design, and new construction at a very young age. Michelle ultimately decided that Northern Colorado was a beautiful place to put down roots, and studied Interior Design at CSU before marrying and starting a family. She and her husband, Nick, have built five homes of their own (in Fort Collins, Windsor and Greeley) and have a clear understanding of the home building and selling process. They currently reside on a twelve acre horse property in Weld County. This has allowed them to make dreams come true for their horse-crazy daughter, while providing family enjoyment of horses, goats, and chickens in the "backyard". As a member of AQHA and NRHA, Michelle can be found in a barn caring for her horses and traveling the Rocky Mountain region for reining competitions with her daughter. Outside of Real Estate, she enjoys caring for and connecting with seniors in the community. They fill her cup with their fascinating life stories and knowledge. Having lived here all her life, and raising her four children in Northern Colorado, she has witnessed the ever-evolving development and can provide a unique perspective to the area. Michelle is devoted to the highly-desired Colorado real estate market and stays up to date with all the current market trends. With a background in customer service, retail management, small business ownership, real estate, title, and home staging; Michelle has the foundation to walk the extra mile for her clients and is excited for the opportunity to be a part of the J.Co Real Estate team as they continue to grow and expand. Her experience includes horse property, vacant land, acreage, country estate, equestrian property, small farm, new construction, rural homes, residential homes and more.
