Peggi Vernon

Peggi was raised on a small farm in Southern Oregon. Her love of horses goes as far back as she can remember. She has enjoyed riding and being outdoors all her life, and feels more comfortable in a barn than at a spa. She is hardworking, honest and friendly. With her thoughtful approach and attention to detail she strives to keep her clients informed throughout the entire transaction. She loves working with people and is dedicated to walking alongside them to ensure they achieve their goals, and accomplish their dreams. After working with her family and finishing school in Chico, she and her husband moved to the Sierra Nevada Mountains to pursue their careers and raise their boys. They have shared the last 19 years building a business, starting a family, and managing their property. Integrity is of the utmost importance to them. Having a background in banking and real estate inspections, transitioning into real estate was a natural progression. Their family splits their time between Southern Oregon and Northern California. She is a Broker with Land and Wildlife in Oregon, and California Outdoor Properties in California. Both Brokerages, with their standards of excellence and fair dealings, has given her an opportunity to incorporate her love of the land, real estate, and serving people. You will most likely find her outdoors with her family when she is not in the office. She has been a volunteer firefighter, served on the Beckwourth Fire District Board of Directors, and serves as a Sunday School teacher.
