Richelle Fielding

Richelle was born and spent much of her childhood on a family ranch compound in the foothills of Northern California. In her youth, she spent much of her time around horses and freely roaming the property. Richelle moved to the Bay Area as an adult, where she attended St. Mary’s College of California. She later moved to San Francisco to pursue a Commercial Real Estate career. It wasn’t until Richelle met her husband, a hay farmer in Northern California, that she felt compelled to return to her country roots. Richelle’s affinity for being outdoors on the land drew her to California Outdoor Properties and Outdoor Properties of Nevada. She enjoys working with buyers and sellers of recreational, ranch, farm, and equestrian properties as it allows her the opportunity to connect with her clients on a personal level.

Richelle Fielding joins Outdoor Properties of Nevada and California Outdoor Properties after working in the commercial real estate industry for 12 years. Prior to her current role, she worked as an agent for Colliers International, Marcus & Millichap, and most recently, Kidder Mathews, where she specialized in selling office, retail, and land investment properties. While working in commercial real estate, Richelle has worked on a wide variety of types of transactions. She has represented Sellers and Buyers of all sizes for both leased investment sales and owner-user type transactions. She also has extensive experience working with clients through the 1031 tax-deferred exchange process.
