As a native and lifelong Mainer, Sheldon developed an intense enthusiasm for the woods and waters at a very early age. After graduation sampling a few jobs in various fields Sheldon settled on carpentry/construction and began building his own business in his early twenties. Sheldon went on to become a general contractor from renovations to turn-key new construction in both the residential and commercial markets. Employing up to a dozen people and several subcontractors at the height of his business, Sheldon expanded his scope to include earthwork and foundation contractor over a 25+ year period.After stepping out of the fast lane, Sheldon now is refurbishing a property for rental and looking to share his wealth of knowledge in the industry with buyers and sellers alike. Sheldon resides in the Baxter State Park plus Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument region of Northern Maine but anxious to answer the call throughout Maine. Sheldon is excited to assist anyone who wishes to trust his vast and varied knowledge in the industry with purchasing or marketing their dream property in the great State of Maine.
