Wes Durnall was born and raised in Tuolumne County, where he is a 5th generation native. Throughout his younger years, Wes was active in sports, motocross, and Rodeo as a bull rider and team roper. During High School, he was a member of 4-H, where he raised steers, played football, pole vaulted, and earned his private pilot's license. Wes attended Columbia Jr. College, where he graduated from the Fire Fighter academy and earned an EMT license. He served with the Tuolumne County Fire Department, Sonora City Fire Department, and Tuolumne County ambulance for the next few years. In 2008, Wes decided to follow in his father's footsteps and serve his community in a different way by obtaining his real estate license.
Wes initially served his clients and sold real estate in Tuolumne County but eventually moved to San Diego, where he sold real estate along the beautiful Pacific coast. In 2012, Wes felt the urge to move back to his country roots and serve his community by earning a position with the Tuolumne County Sheriff's Office. During the next six years, Wes worked as a Deputy Sheriff while selling real estate on his days off with his father Dan Durnall, as a father-son team. During that time, Wes met his beautiful wife, Natalie, and in 2018 they had a son, Jett. After the birth of Jett, Wes decided to make family life and real estate a priority. As a full-time agents, Wes and his father enjoy representing their clients in the sale or purchase of recreational, ranch, farm, land, and residential properties from Northern California to San Diego.
As a product of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, Wes enjoys spending time with his family at their mountain cabin, riding horses, fly fishing, hunting mule deer in and out of state, and flying his family plane.
