a couple generally flatter landing areas, including the camp site. ATVers, hikers, snowshoers, or x-country skiers will love the trail network on the property. Hunters will
love the many options for blinds or tree stands with decent sight distances. There’s an outhouse near the camp in the woods. A grey water drain is used for the kitchen
sink with water hauled in and follows the standard VT Primitive Camp rules. Not in the Current Use program but may be eligible. Located on a class 4 seasonal road and
is not maintained by the town. No septic soil testing. Located just off of VT-91 & the town of Woodsville NH is about 1 mile for shopping, restaurants & general services.
